It has a spacious living room with comfortably separated kitchen, dining and lounge areas, a fireplace, 2 folding sofa beds, a smart TV with a large screen, a floor lamp, kitchen furniture, a dining table, and chairs.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (orthopedic mattress size 160 cm) with two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a mirror, a TV with a plasma screen, 2 soft ottomans-chests, air conditioning.
Exercise room (orbit track, massage table), large wardrobe, functionally equipped hallway (chest of drawers, large mirror, clothes rack).
Two bathrooms with floor heating (one has a large bathtub with a cascading spout, the other has a shower cabin). The sauna is designed for 2 people.
Two exits from the house lead to a large glazed terrace (opening windows).
2 plasma TVs, Wi-Fi (paid), 2 air conditioners, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, hairdryer, set of dishes. Iron, ironing board, floor scales. Mini-safe.
